We are building a current way for customers to explore properties, compare projects, understand locations and make faster, more informed property decisions.

The RoleWe are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is confident, energetic and comfortable meeting customers, visiting real estate projects and converting leads into property visits and bookings.
You will be responsible for taking qualified Dooritt leads from interest → VR site visit → negotiation → booking.

What You’ll Do• Handle and follow up with leads generated through Dooritt's platform and marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences and investment goals.
• Recommend relevant properties/projects based on customer requirements.




• Conduct and coordinate property site visits with customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, developers and channel partners.
• Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, amenities and investment potential.
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
• Negotiate and assist customers through the booking process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
• Work closely with the Dooritt team to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
• Be comfortable travelling across Noida / Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.

What We’re Looking For• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably real estate, PropTech, BFSI, automotive, hospitality or another high-ticket sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
