Job Overview:
PlusWealth is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities::
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices, including verification and reconciliation of vendor ledgers.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor/creditor accounts, bank accounts, and other ledgers.
• Prepare and process accounting entries, journal vouchers, payment vouchers,



receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Work extensively on Tally, with familiarity across relevant modules, including Cost Centres, GST, e-Invoicing, and other accounting functionalities.
• Ensure proper accounting and documentation of GST-related transactions.
• Prepare and assist in GST return filing and reconciliation.
• Possess sound knowledge of GST laws, applicable TDS sections, deductions, and compliance requirements.
• Manage foreign vendor payments, including applicable tax/TDS requirements, documentation, and generation of relevant certificates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing, payment status, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely availability and processing of financial information and documents.
