Role Overview
We’re looking for an Assistant Growth Manager to work at the intersection of sales, solutioning and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, taking opportunities through the early sales cycle, and working with Product and Engineering to turn customer requirements into workable solutions.
You’ll also represent Fundamento at industry events, manage your pipeline and revenue forecast, and ensure every opportunity is moved forward with the right level of ownership and structure.




This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to owning a market/region as you grow.

Key Responsibilities
● Build and manage a solid pipeline through events, outbound and customer conversations.
● Engage with potential customers, understand their business problems and identify where Fundamento can add value.
● Lead the initial solutioning and POC process, working closely with Product and Engineering to get things moving.
● Own your numbers: pipeline, conversions, deal timelines and revenue and plan ahead for the months to come.
● Travel and represent Fundamento at large industry events, building relationships and creating new opportunities.
● Bring structure to the sales process through strong tracking, documentation and follow-ups.
● Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a detailed, high-quality handoff once a customer signs.
