Job SummaryWe are looking for a government tender executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing bids, ensuring compliance, and submitting tenders on time.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate government tenders through GeM, CPPP & state e-procurement portals.

• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements.

• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlines.

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Management teams.

• Manage EMD, tender fees, bid security, and documentation.

• Track corrigendums, bid openings, results,



and tender status.

• Maintain tender trackers, MIS reports, and bid records.

• Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.

Required Skills• 2–5 years of experience in government tender management.

• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-Tender portals.

• Good knowledge of tender documentation and compliance.

• Solid MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.

QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate/MBA in business, commerce, marketing, or a relevant field.
