Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for planning,



executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display, and video to drive measurable leads, sales, and brand outcomes for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans, setting campaign objectives and KPIs, managing budgets and bids, and overseeing campaign setup on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks. The individual will monitor performance, analyze data, and generate insights to improve targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnel efficiency, while preparing regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients. The role also involves close collaboration with creative, social media, SEO, technology, and account management teams to ensure integrated, high-impact campaigns and consistent client communication.
