SkillEnable Edutech Private Limited is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive in Kolkata. If you've launched your own Meta or Google campaigns and want more funnels, platforms and budget to work with, this role is for you.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Kolkata (On-site, full-time)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in paid ads

Why this role?

In one job, you'll work on course lead generation, D2C e-commerce, consultation bookings and app growth, for audiences in India and internationally. You'll work closely with our senior performance marketers and founders,



and the budgets and results are real.

What you'll do

• Set up, launch and monitor campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and help test new platforms
• Track spend, CPL, CPA, CTR and ROAS daily, pausing what isn't working and flagging what is
• Build custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting
• Brief the design and content team on creatives and run A/B tests
• Keep tracking clean: pixels, UTMs and conversion events
• Maintain daily and weekly reports in Google Sheets
• Work with the sales team on lead quality, because we judge ads on sales, not just leads
• Research competitor ads and new formats, and bring fresh ideas

What we're looking for

• 6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google (full time, internship, agency or freelance all count)
• You've launched and managed campaigns yourself
