Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages about orders, menus, pricing and delivery
• Confirm order details such as guest count, menu, date, time and address with customers before their event
• Keep customers updated on order and delivery status
• Solve customer complaints, and escalate the ones you can't resolve with complete details
• Work with our operations, kitchen and delivery teams to sort out customer issues
• Record every customer interaction correctly in our system
• Follow up with customers after events to collect feedback

• How quickly and clearly you respond to customers
• How many issues you solve on the first call
• The feedback customers give about your support
• How accurately you record customer interactions
• Your attendance, reliability and willingness to learn

Must-have Requirements

• Fluent spoken Telugu is mandatory (Most of our customer conversations happen in Telugu)




• A genuine interest in talking to people and being on calls throughout the day
• Good communication skills, which means being polite, clear and patient, even with upset customers
• Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and a computer
