Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Lead with 6–7 years of experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should have solid expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Create and manage different campaign types,



including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaigns.
• Develop strategies for retargeting and remarketing to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and changes in digital advertising platforms.
