Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the sales function for insurance and investment products, ensuring strong growth and customer satisfaction. In this full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, the Sales Manager will oversee a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance while supporting team members with coaching, training, and regular feedback.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their financial needs, presenting suitable insurance and investment solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship management. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders on promotional activities, tracking market trends and competitor offerings, and preparing sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold ethical sales practices, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and represent Saatchi Financial Solutions professionally in the local market.
