Job Summary

We are looking for an SDR Manager with 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development. The role will primarily focus on B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior SDRs

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end B2B lead generation, including prospect identification, research, outreach, qualification, nurturing, and meeting booking.
• Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
• Define target accounts, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and prospecting strategies.
• Conduct outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.




•Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements, company profile, decision-making authority, and potential opportunity.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos with relevant prospects for the Sales/Account Executive team.
• Develop and optimize cold-calling scripts, email templates, sales pitches, and outreach strategies.
• Track key sales development metrics such as calls, connects, emails, qualified leads, meetings booked, conversion rates,
and pipeline generated.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-ups, activities, and pipeline information.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation and prospecting initiatives.
• Research target industries, competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.
• Analyze lead-generation performance and identify opportunities to improve outreach, conversion, and productivity.
