? WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERSales & Marketing | ASK IndustriesASK Industries is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager who can take ownership of customer acquisition and help us grow our polymer compounding business.
This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for someone who understands industrial B2B sales, knows how to open doors, build relationships and bring actual business to the table.
? Key Responsibilities• Identify and acquire recent B2B customers for TPE, TPV, TPO, PVC and customized polymer compounds
• Develop new business across automotive, wire & cable, footwear, consumer, industrial, construction and other polymer-consuming industries
• Generate leads through industry contacts, networking, LinkedIn, exhibitions, referrals and direct outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement, purchase, R&D;, technical and plant teams
• Conduct customer visits, understand their material requirements and coordinate samples/trials
• Convert enquiries into samples → trials → approvals → repeat orders




• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
• Identify opportunities for alternate sourcing, cost optimization and customized material development
• Track competitors, market requirements, pricing and emerging opportunities
• Work closely with the technical/production team to translate customer requirements into viable products

? What We're Looking For• 3+ years of experience in polymer/plastics/compounding/materials or a closely related B2B industrial sales industry
• Existing industry contacts/network will be a major advantage
• Basic understanding of polymers, polymer compounds, TPE/TPV/TPO/PVC/PP/PE and compounding
• Strong B2B sales and business-development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Marathi is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, plant visits and business development
