About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Digital Growth Manager who will take ownership of Social Media Content Strategy, Planning & Execution, along with Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition across multiple brands.

This is a multi-brand role where you will work across e-Solve Group, Rinncrest, and Ocean Evoke. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies, monthly content calendars, content distribution plans, and digital growth initiatives, while working closely with and managing a team responsible for day-to-day execution.

Alongside social media, you will oversee hands-on Performance Marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This includes campaign planning, audience targeting, creative testing, lead generation, conversion optimisation, budget management, performance tracking, and continuous campaign optimisation to achieve measurable business results.

You will be responsible for managing and guiding the team, setting priorities,



assigning responsibilities, reviewing execution, analysing performance, and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the growth objectives of each brand.

We are looking for someone who can independently own and manage the complete digital marketing cycle through their team:

Content Strategy → Content Planning → Social Media Execution → Paid Distribution → Lead Generation → Conversion → Performance Analysis → Optimisation

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
• Plan content for LinkedIn and Instagram based on each brand's objectives and target audience.
• Develop content themes, formats and campaigns.
• Write or coordinate social media copy, captions, hooks and CTAs.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer to convert content ideas into high-quality creatives.
• Manage content publishing and ensure consisten
