Role Description The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Alfa Capital Management’s information technology vision, strategy, and operations. The CIO oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure,



scalable IT infrastructure that supports investment platforms, quantitative research, and client-facing systems. Daily responsibilities include directing IT governance, setting technology standards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory and cybersecurity compliance across systems and data. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership and business units to align IT strategy with organizational goals, optimize technology-enabled processes, and support the development of innovative digital solutions. The CIO also leads and mentors IT teams, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement in systems reliability, performance, and user experience.
