About the Role
We are looking for a Vision & Autonomous Systems Associate to build and deploy Computer Vision, AI/ML and autonomous systems for real-world farm and machine applications.
This is a hands-on role where models must work beyond the lab — on live machines, with real plants, changing environments and imperfect field conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Build Computer Vision and AI/ML systems for plant inspection, quality detection, sorting and machine automation.
- Train, test, optimise and deploy ML and Deep Learning models.
- Work on object detection, classification,



segmentation and image-processing problems.
- Integrate cameras, sensors, AI models and software with physical machines.
- Contribute to autonomous systems including AMRs, drones and robotic machines.
- Work closely with Product, R&D;, Embedded and Farm Operations teams.
- Test systems in real farm conditions and continuously improve them using field data.
- Optimise models for reliability, latency and edge deployment where required.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision, AI/ML, Robotics or Autonomous Systems.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV and ML / Deep Learning frameworks.
- Experience with object detection, classification, segmentation or image processing.
