We are looking for a highly aesthetic, design-oriented and trend-sensitive Curation qualified to own the curation of our gifting categories at IGP. This role is for someone who can look beyond "what sells" and understand what people would want to discover, gift and own.

The Role
As the Curator, you will be responsible for building and continuously evolving a differentiated, relevant and commercially viable assortment across IGP's gifting categories.

You will identify emerging trends, discover interesting brands and products, evaluate design and quality, and curate collections that are aligned with IGP's brand identity, customer expectations and gifting occasions.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, understands contemporary design and lifestyle trends, and can translate cultural, consumer and design trends into commercially relevant gifting assortments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Category Curation & Assortment Building
• Own the curation of gifting assortments across relevant occasions, themes and customer segments.




• Identify products that are aesthetically distinctive, relevant, giftable and commercially viable.
• Build collections and assortments around occasions, trends, themes, price points and consumer needs.
• Maintain the right balance between evergreen products, trend-led products and newness.
• Continuously refresh the assortment to keep the category exciting, relevant and differentiated.

2. Trend & Design Intelligence
• Track global and Indian trends across design, fashion, lifestyle, interiors, art, pop culture, social media and gifting.
• Identify emerging aesthetics, colours, materials, formats, themes and consumer behaviours.
• Translate trends into potential gifting opportunities and product/collection concepts.
• Stay closely connected to design communities, exhibitions, design platforms, brands and emerging creators.

3. Product & Brand Discovery
• Scout and identify interesting brands, designers, artists, makers
