T-Mobile is expanding its TfB capabilities and is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer who will serve as a hands-on technical lead. This role designs, builds, integrates, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions for B2B and enterprise customers, partnering with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, QA, DevOps,



and support teams to translate business outcomes into maintainable platform solutions and guide the development team through the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce features, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Lead solution-design discussions and translate functional requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and integration patterns.
• Develop and review Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, validation rules, asynchronous processing, and platform configuration.
• Design and implement secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and event-driven or batch patterns as appropriate.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for a development squad, including work breakdown, estimation, technical sequencing, dependency management, and risk escalation.
