Role Description The Shift Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Shift Manager oversees day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including managing team members, monitoring food preparation and service quality,



and ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. This role coordinates order flow, resolves customer concerns promptly, and supports smooth execution of dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services. The Shift Manager is responsible for shift planning, basic inventory checks, cash handling, and reporting key operational metrics. The role also involves coaching and motivating team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive, high-performance work environment.
Qualifications

• Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality operations, with exposure to shift management or team leadership.
• Strong people management skills, including team supervision, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Customer service mindset, with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
