We're building an aggressive international sales team and looking for a confident, fluent-English-speaking Business Development Intern who wants hands-on experience selling to business owners across global markets.

THE ROLE

This is not a passive internship.You'll be responsible for starting conversations with international businesses, understanding their problems, creating sales opportunities and helping convert prospects into clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

? International Sales
• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Open sales conversations confidently and professionally
• Speak with prospects from the USA, UK, Canada and UAE
• Understand their business, current challenges and growth goals
• Identify whether Scale To Unicorn can genuinely solve their problem




• Pitch relevant marketing, lead-generation and growth solutions
• Handle objections and keep prospects engaged
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Book qualified meetings and sales calls
• Assist in converting qualified prospects into paying clients

? Lead Generation
• Research and identify high-potential businesses
• Build targeted prospect lists
• Find decision-makers and relevant contact information
• Use LinkedIn, Google, business directories and other prospecting channels
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline

? Sales & Growth
• Track outreach, conversations, meetings and conversions
• Experiment with different outreach approaches
• Learn sales psychology, negotiation and closing
• Work directly with the founder and sales team
• Contribute ideas to improve the sales process
