Role Description This is a full time Recruiter role located in Kokapet (Hyderabad). The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.



The role involves coordinating interviews with hiring managers, supporting selection decisions, and managing offer negotiations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The Recruiter will maintain accurate talent pipelines and recruitment reports, partner with leadership to understand staffing needs, and support workforce planning for manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The position also includes promoting the company’s employer brand, ensuring adherence to fair hiring practices, and continuously improving recruitment processes based on data and feedback.
