Role Description The Rehabilitation Medical Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical rehabilitation services for patients with chronic and complex conditions. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, formulating rehabilitation plans, and monitoring patient progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Rehabilitation Medical Officer works closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and counselors to ensure continuity of care and adherence to evidence-based protocols. Daily responsibilities include managing patient rounds, documenting medical histories and treatment updates, providing patient and family education, and supporting transition plans between hospital, rehabilitation, and home care settings. The role also includes participation in clinical meetings, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and providing training and guidance to clinical staff on rehabilitation best practices.
