About BathStoryBathStory is building India's next-gen bathroom brand, combining design, technology and a differentiated buying experience. We are building a portfolio of bathroom products, starting with mirrors and floor drains, and expanding into taps, faucets, shower heads, washbasins and more.

About the roleWe are looking for an E-commerce Growth Associate to help us grow BathStory's online revenue.
This is a hands-on growth role — not a catalogue or marketplace operations role.
You will own the e-commerce funnel from traffic → product discovery → add to cart → checkout → purchase, identify where customers are dropping off, and turn those insights into experiments and improvements.

What you'll do• Analyse the e-commerce funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Work hands-on with Shopify and Shopflo to improve the buying journey
• Monitor product, landing page and checkout performance
• Identify and run CRO experiments across pages, CTAs, offers,



pop-ups, merchandising and checkout
• Use tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar and Shopify analytics to understand customer behaviour
• Work with the Brand & Creative team to identify what creatives, landing pages and product communication need to be created
• Work with the Performance Marketing team/agency to connect acquisition quality with actual revenue
• Identify growth opportunities across products, pricing, merchandising, bundles, SEO and customer journeys
• Make small website/Shopify changes yourself and coordinate larger changes with the UI/UX team
• Track experiments and measure their impact on conversion and revenue

• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and data
