Head of Sales – ConsenPro (A CAMS Initiative)

This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role designed for an accomplished B2B technology strategist who excels at managing complex enterprise sales cycles, nurturing CXO relationships across the financial ecosystem, and building high-performance commercial teams.

The Mandate: Strategic Objectives

As the Head of Sales, you will assume absolute ownership of our enterprise revenue engine,



focusing on top-tier financial institutions, regulated entities, and emerging digital conglomerates. You will be expected to maintain a balance between personally driving marquee, high-value pursuits and architecting a disciplined commercial framework for sustainable growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Revenue Leadership: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy to meet institutional revenue mandates across BFSI, insurance, fintech, and newly regulated digital sectors.
• Team Architecture: Recruit, mentor, and govern a high-caliber team of 3 to 5 Enterprise Sales Managers over the next 6 to 12 months.
• C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Compliance Officers, and General Counsels at mid-to-large Indian corporations.
