About the Role
We are looking for experienced AI-led Solutioning professionals to join the Central Solutions Team, focused on winning large and strategic deals. The role involves developing differentiated, multi-capability solutions for RFPs/RFIs and proactive pursuits, bringing together AI, Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering and BPS.
The individual will own or contribute significantly to the complete deal lifecycle, from win strategy and solution architecture to commercials, governance and CXO-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities
• Large Deal Solutioning: Lead end-to-end solution development for complex RFPs/RFIs and strategic pursuits, ensuring the solution addresses the client's business and technology objectives.
• AI-led Integrated Solutions: Architect solutions combining AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering and BPS, with AI embedded as a core component of the solution.
• Win Strategy: Drive deal qualification,



win themes, differentiators, competitive positioning and executive-level solution narratives.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Business Units, Technology teams and other stakeholders to develop cohesive multi-tower solutions.
• Commercial Solutioning: Partner with Sales and Finance on estimation, pricing strategy, outcome-based commercial models, deal P&L; and cash-flow considerations.
• Risk & Governance: Assess solution and commercial risks and support senior leadership reviews throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Client Presentations: Lead/support client orals, BAFO discussions, due diligence and solution presentations with senior client stakeholders and CXOs.

Desired Experience & Skills
• 10 years of large deal solutioning experience.
