Role Description The Central Sales Manager (Inside SaaS Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area,



responsible for driving revenue growth for NoBrokerHood’s community management solutions. This role involves managing the inside sales function, including handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing subscription-based deals with residential societies and related stakeholders. The Central Sales Manager will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize lead conversion and customer experience. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, refining sales scripts and processes, mentoring and guiding inside sales executives, and ensuring high-quality communication with prospects and existing customers. The role also requires preparing accurate forecasts, reporting sales performance, and contributing insights to support strategic decisions for expansion and retention.
