Role Description The GM Sales and Service is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing sales and service operations across multiple automobile brands and branches. This role involves setting and monitoring sales targets,



developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and after-sales service. The position includes supervising branch and service managers, guiding teams to meet performance goals, and aligning daily operations with company policies and brand requirements. The GM will analyze market trends, manage key customer relationships, coordinate with OEMs and finance partners, and ensure efficient processes in sales, service, and customer support. The role also requires regular reporting to senior leadership, budgeting and cost control, and ongoing initiatives to improve service quality and employee development.
