We’re looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage with our customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school in order to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell BE English blended solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective schools, winning key stakeholders, not limited to the school principals and teachers
• Build and maintain a healthy database of schools and learners
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Set exemplary standards in meeting sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions
• Support sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned locations as and when required
• Reach out and Product Presentation to schools through visits, reach out through professional networking, cold-calling, and customer relationship management techniques




• Gain expertise in the School Onboarding and training process.
• Coordinate and manage the School Onboarding operation
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for current products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Operations / MBA Preferred
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the EdTech industry
