About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calling, and other channels.
• Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads and prospects.
• Contact potential clients and schedule meetings or product discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and company presentations.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.




• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.

Required Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and sales processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
• Ability to conduct client calls and business discussions.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Solid follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT/software services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
