Role Description The Receptionist role at IDC Global Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will manage the front desk,



greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, managing appointments and meeting room schedules, and coordinating courier and mail services. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting office administration as needed. The Receptionist will collaborate closely with design, production, and management teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and uphold the company’s brand image.
