Role Description The Senior Housekeeping Executive is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, event spaces, and back-of-house facilities at Aldovia Resort & Convention. This full-time,



on-site role in Bengaluru includes supervising housekeeping teams, assigning duties, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards, and conducting regular inspections to maintain the resort’s premium presentation. The role involves coordinating linen and inventory management, monitoring use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and implementing sustainable and protected cleaning practices. The Senior Housekeeping Executive collaborates closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to support high-volume conventions, weddings, and leisure stays, addressing guest requests and resolving service issues promptly. The position also includes training and mentoring team members, maintaining standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in guest experience.
