Role Description The Events Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing events such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, and stakeholder meetings. Day-to-day tasks include managing event logistics, liaising with vendors and venue partners, overseeing registrations, and ensuring smooth on-ground operations. The role involves preparing event timelines and checklists, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. The Events Operations Executive also supports marketing and communication activities related to events, monitors event performance, and implements improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications
• Experience in event operations or event management, including planning, coordination, and in office execution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.




• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and participants.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with event management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a focus on delivering high-quality participant experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Prior experience in non-profit, trade associations, or the gem and jewellery sector is an added advantage.
