Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing brand and marketing events, from initial concept through post-event evaluation. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts aligned with client and internal marketing goals, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating venues and vendors, and overseeing logistics such as registration, staffing, and on-site setup.



The Event Manager will collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate events into broader campaigns, manage event communications and promotional materials, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. The role also involves monitoring event performance, collecting feedback, preparing reports, and continuously improving event processes.
Qualifications

• Strong event planning and project management skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience integrating events with marketing initiatives, preferably in social media, digital marketing, branding, or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear event briefs, presentations, and updates.
