Role Description
This is a full-time, in office dispatcher role based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The dispatcher will coordinate daily freight movements, assign loads to drivers and carriers, and ensure timely pickup and delivery across road, air, and sea routes. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status,



updating internal systems, communicating with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers, and resolving delays or issues in real time. The role involves preparing and reviewing transport documentation, aligning dispatch plans with customs and compliance requirements, and optimizing routes for cost and time efficiency. The dispatcher will collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and warehouse staff to maintain accurate records and uphold safety and service standards.
