Responsibility
• Own end-to-end HR and IR operations for the factory, and keep employee relations harmonious through proactive engagement and transparent communication.
• Lead union negotiations and collective-bargaining agreements, and pre-empt IR issues by reading absenteeism, attrition and morale early.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely audit readiness, and manage grievance handling, disciplinary action and dispute resolution fairly.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment and workforce optimization, and oversee factory payroll, attendance and wage-cost analysis.
• Partner the factory head on productivity, performance and people development, and run training and skill-building aligned to operational needs.
• Drive welfare, engagement and retention across all workforce categories, and coordinate effectively with local authorities and government departments.
• Lead and develop the factory HR team toward operational excellence.

Education & Experience
• Master's in HR / IR / Social Work.
• 16+ years of factory HR experience, with exposure to large workforces and unionized environments.
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems and command of statutory documentation and labour laws.
• Proficiency in Excel-based manpower analytics.
