We are looking for an experienced and high-performing CRM & Pre-Sales Manager to lead our Pre-Sales and CRM operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer engagement, sales expertise, team leadership, and a good understanding of interior design and products to drive lead conversion and showroom walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
• Personally handle high-value inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and critical customer interactions.
• Support the team in converting challenging and high-potential leads.
• Develop and execute effective outbound calling strategies to improve lead conversion.
• Act as a product and design expert, confidently communicating design concepts, aesthetics, and product value to customers.

2. Team Management & Operations
• Manage and monitor the daily activities of the Pre-Sales and CRM team across digital, web, WhatsApp, and voice channels.
• Monitor a 3,000+ monthly lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, quick response times, and minimal lead leakage.




• Track team performance and daily KPIs to ensure consistent productivity.
• Coach and mentor team members on communication, objection handling, customer engagement, and product/design knowledge.

3. Showroom Walk-In & Conversion
• Develop effective calling and communication strategies to convert digital enquiries into showroom visits.
• Analyze CRM data and customer touchpoints to improve inbound-to-conversion and outbound-to-walk-in ratios.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and implement strategies to improve overall conversion performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in CRM, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil.
• Robust sales orientation with a target-driven and result-focused approach.
• Good understanding of interior design, aesthetics, products, and customer requirements.
