Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Receivables Manager to lead our Accounts function and take ownership of accounting operations, project accounting and customer receivables across our real estate development business.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on,



detail-oriented and capable of leading a team of accountants while independently managing the company's accounting and receivables function.
This is an chance for someone who wants to take ownership of the function rather than simply perform routine accounting entries.

Qualifications
. Accounts Team Management• Lead, supervise and allocate responsibilities to the Accounts team.
• Review and verify day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Establish processes and controls to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Accounts function.
• Review bank, customer, vendor and inter-company reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

2. Customer Receivables & Collections• Take ownership of customer receivables and collection accounting across projects.
