Required Skills and Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, compliance, information protection, enterprise content management, or related technologies.
· Hands-on administrative experience with Microsoft Purview, the Microsoft Purview portal, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
· Experience troubleshooting sensitivity labels, encryption, protected documents, content access, sharing restrictions, SharePoint permissions, and Microsoft 365 collaboration issues.
· Working knowledge of Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Content Search, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management, Records Management, and information governance concepts.
· Experience working directly with end users in an enterprise support setting, including incident ownership, service requests, escalation, documentation, and follow-through.




· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to gather evidence, isolate root causes, communicate impact, and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
· Experience using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, validation, or operational automation.
· Understanding of identity and access management, role-based administration, least privilege, permissions, authentication, and secure handling of sensitive information.
· Experience with service management processes and platforms for incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
