About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and ownership-focused Social Media Growth Lead to drive our social media strategy, content, growth, and execution across multiple brands and platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who understands content, trends, audience behaviour, analytics, creator ecosystems, and how social media can contribute to measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
• Own and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content pillars, content calendars, formats, and campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Drive audience and channel growth through organic content, trending formats, collaborations, creator/influencer partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
• Identify new platforms, formats,



and opportunities to improve brand reach and engagement.

Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop creative concepts for Reels, Shorts, carousels, memes, static creatives, videos, and branded campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns around festivals, events, product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality content execution.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, positioning, and visual communication across platforms.

YouTube Growth
• Own the growth strategy for YouTube across Shorts and long-form content.
• Optimise titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, playlists, and content structure to improve discoverability and engagement.
• Implement YouTube SEO and continuously improve views, subscribers, watch time, CTR, and audience retention.

Analytics & Performance
• Track and analyse
