About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive, analytical, technology-oriented and execution-focused Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the Founder across business strategy, technology, product, operations, data, automation and high-priority initiatives.

This is a high-ownership generalist role at the intersection of business, technology and execution. You will work on different business problems, understand products and software workflows, collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, analyse data, identify automation opportunities, track important initiatives and help convert the Founder’s priorities into execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding and be comfortable discussing software, APIs, databases, integrations, product requirements, automation and AI with developers and product teams. You do not necessarily need to be a full-time developer, but you must be able to understand technical problems,



ask the right questions, evaluate solutions and translate business requirements into explicit technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Founder & Strategic Support
• Work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational and technology-led initiatives.
• Convert broad Founder requirements into clear objectives, action plans, owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare business reports, executive briefs, presentations and decision-support documents.
• Support the Founder in evaluating business, product and technology ideas using data and structured analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities across business and technology workflows.

Technology, Product & Automation
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, applications, software systems and technology stack at a functional level.
