About The Role

Cogent E-Services is hiring Customer Service Executives for the Apollo Process in Gurgaon. We need candidates with outstanding communication skills to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer support inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries professionally, and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Versant Level: V4 V5 required.

Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

Shift: Rotational shifts.
