Job Summary
Digimoney Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to meet hiring timelines.

? Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai
? Industry: NBFC
⏳ Experience: 1–3 Years

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline.
• Support statutory compliance coordination.
• Organise engagement events, celebratory activities, and monthly rewards & recognition (R&R;) programs to boost workforce morale.
• Drive day-to-day HR operations process.
• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (NBFC/Banking preferred).




• Prior experience in sales hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valuable understanding of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and applicant tracking/job portals (like Apna).
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
