Role Overview
The WedAssist Sales Manager is accountable for efficiently managing the end-to-end lead conversion process across both the Field RM (F2F, venue-visit led) and Telesales (inbound, call-led) channels. The role carries single-point accountability for ensuring the right team structures are in place across both functions, that sales and governance processes are followed with discipline, and that WedAssist Package sales targets are met across both channels — with particular depth of ownership over Telesales process, scripting and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
• Hire, train, and manage both the Field RM team and the Telesales team based on workload and business needs.
• Foster a disciplined, high-performance work culture across both teams through incentive programs, R& R and recognition initiatives.
• Constantly evaluate Telesales calling quality and response, and Field RM visit execution, as an ongoing process.
Lead Management
• Ensure every Field RM lead is contacted promptly (F2F) within the defined timelines.




• Ensure every inbound Telesales call is responded to and adheres to the standardised script/pattern.
• Ensure the right venue information is provided to the customer, followed by a clear explanation of the
perks/features of our Packages & WedAssist Services, across both channels.
Sales & Conversions
• Track and improve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and booking/call conversions, using a standardized sales pitch across both teams.
• Prepare regular reports on lead flow, conversion rates by source and channel, and revenue generated.
Process, Compliance & Telesales Governance
• Ensure both teams adhere to standard operating procedures, including sales pitch/script guidelines, CRM
updates, and overall workplace discipline.
• Own end-to-end Telesales process governance: script adherence and version control, call quality audits, and CRM discipline for the inbound function.
