• Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case management solutions, workflows, and business processes.
• Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Perform system analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.
• Support application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot workflow, content management, and performance-related issues.
• Work with architects and business teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Create technical design documents and operational runbooks.
• Provide L2/L3 support for production applications.
Mandatory skills
• 5+ years of experience in IBM Case Manager (ICM) development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 Platform.
• Experience in designing and developing Case Management solutions using IBM Case Manager.
• Expertise in Case Builder, Process Designer,
Workplace XT, Content Navigator, and Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE).
• Strong knowledge of IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM integration.
• Experience in developing and customizing:
• Case Types
• Tasks & Workflows
• Roles & In-baskets
• Case Pages and Widgets
• Business Rules
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of Content Engine, Process Engine, and Case Management architecture.
• Experience in integrating FileNet solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience in deployment, migration, configuration, and production support of IBM Case Manager applications.
