Role Description The CRM Manager | ZOHO & HUBSPOT will oversee the setup, optimization, and daily management of CRM systems to support student recruitment and counseling operations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, the individual will manage contact databases, create and monitor pipelines, segment leads, and design workflows and automation within Zoho and HubSpot. The role involves collaborating with sales and counseling teams to track interactions, manage follow-ups,



and improve conversion rates, as well as generating reports and dashboards to inform decision-making. The CRM Manager will also ensure data quality, maintain compliance with relevant policies, provide user training and support, and continuously refine CRM processes to enhance efficiency and student experience.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and create performance reports and dashboards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with sales, counseling, and management teams and provide explicit CRM guidance.
• Sales and market segmentation skills to manage pipelines, segment leads, and support targeted outreach and conversion strategies.
• Project management skills to plan, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and system enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot, including configuration, integrations, a
