About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, campaign optimization, and lead generation with a robust focus on achieving business goals.

Key Responsibili;es
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn
• Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4),
• Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools.




• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable
• insights.
• Perform audience research, remarketing, and lookalike audience creation.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign
• performance and lead quality.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry
• best practices.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion op;miza;on.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
