We are looking for a Brand / Marketing Professional who is excited by that journey and wants to add to it. You will help shape brand strategy, bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable business results.

What you'll do
• Brand and marketing strategy: Help build and implement strategies that grow market share, brand visibility and consumer reach.
• Advertising, packaging and promotions: Bring brand ideas to life through advertising, packaging and consumer promotions, keeping every touchpoint true to the brand's positioning and identity.
• ATL and BTL activations: Plan and execute campaigns across TV, print and digital, as well as on-ground, trade and point-of-sale activities.
• Sales and trade marketing: Work with the Sales team to roll out and track trade promotions, schemes and marketing initiatives across the trade.
• Agency and media partnerships: Work with media,



advertising and research partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
• Product development: Partner with R&D; on product concepts, positioning, testing and launch readiness for new products.
• Brand extensions and growth: Help plan and execute extensions and growth programmes in existing and new markets.
• Budget ownership: Track brand spends against approved budgets and help drive cost efficiency.

What we're looking for
• MBA / PGDM or equivalent
• 2–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
• Exposure to branding, media, promotions and sales coordination
• Curiosity, drive and pride in building brands that last
