Role Description The Vice President of New Business Development is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai/ Delhi/Banglore/ Hyderabad/ Kolkotta & Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships,



and expanding the firm’s client base across key financial services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans, overseeing lead generation initiatives, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The role involves close collaboration with advisory teams to design tailored financial solutions, ongoing account management to deepen client relationships, and regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities. The Vice President will also contribute to revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of business development processes.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Business Development, including strategic planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of converting opportunities into long-term engagements
