We’re looking for an insanely passionate Social Media Manager to join The Happy Hour -India’s biggest offline dating brand, known for our crazy marketing, chaotic content & experiences people actually talk about.Featured on Shark Tank India Season 5. ?

What you’ll be doing ?
• You’ll basically be the person making sure The Happy Hour is alive on the internet.That means:Owning our Instagram - stories, reels, posts, trends, memes, everything.
• Managing our LinkedIn and making sure we don't sound like every other boring company on there.
• Working closely with our founder to build and execute founder-led content.
• Coming up with content ideas that make people go “HAHA WTF” and “I need to go to this.”
• Planning and maintaining our social media calendar.
• Coordinating with our designers + video editors to get content made and published.




• Briefing creatives clearly and making sure things actually get delivered.
• Staying on top of trends, formats, sounds, memes and internet culture.
• Understanding what’s working, what isn’t, and constantly making the content better.
• Being hands-on with posting, captions, stories, community engagement and day-to-day social.
• Turning everything happening at our events + trips + office + founder's life into content.
• Drafting and sending across newsletters on emails.

? THIS ROLE NEEDS OWNERSHIP
We don't want someone who waits for a brief that says: “Please post Reel at 7 PM.” We want someone who sees something happening and thinks:“WAIT. THAT'S CONTENT.”
• You’ll have a lot of freedom, but with that comes a LOT of ownership.You should be someone who:Is naturally funny, curious and internet-brained
• Has solid opinions about content
• Understands Gen-Z culture without trying too hard to sound Gen-Z
• Is obsessed with social media
