Our Need
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in both Volume and Executive hiring.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification : Any degree with MBA HR

Key Responsibilities :
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans based on business needs
• Sourcing Active and passive candidates through social networks.
• Partnering with hiring managers on intake meetings to define role requirements.
• Managing the end-to-end interview process & candidate evaluations.
• Handling offer management, compensation negotiations, and closing candidates.




• Coordinate with business stakeholders/hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/HRMS.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
• Solid candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Qualification
Any Graduate with MBA HR equivalent qualification.
