Z-TECH (India) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and high-energy Projects Director to lead the planning, execution and timely delivery of multiple Creative Parks across India.
This is a high-pressure, multi-location leadership role for someone who can manage several projects simultaneously, work with aggressive timelines and build systems that enable rapid expansion.

? Experience: 15+ Years
? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; M.Tech will be an advantage
? Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle — planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Lead the Construction Head, Procurement Head and project teams across locations.
• Ensure parks are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality standards.
• Establish procurement controls, rate contracts, vendor networks and material consumption benchmarks.
• Drive cost optimization through design reviews and value engineering with Arts, Marketing and Revenue teams.




• Plan and incorporate spaces and infrastructure for Events, Activities and F&B.;
• Coordinate with client authorities on approvals, billing, measurements and payments.
• Develop SOPs, project dashboards and standardized systems for consistent execution across parks.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed parks to the Park Sales & Revenue Head.
? What We’re Looking For
1) Someone who has thrived in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments and has a solid track record of delivering multiple projects across cities simultaneously.
2) Experience in EPC, infrastructure, hospitality, retail, leisure, parks, resorts or other large-format multi-location rollouts will be highly relevant.
