- Handle inbound & outbound leads and conduct counseling sessions.
- Drive closures for admissions and meet revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and support sales strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing, placement, and operations teams.
- Support institutional tie-ups and represent AVD Group at events.
- Maintain CRM sheets and prepare weekly/monthly MIS.
- Track personal and team sales performance
